JH Nijdrop, Opwijk, B |  body electric is niet zomaar een coverband, maar een eerbetoon dat de sfeer van de vroege jaren '80 gothic rock heel serieus neemt. door vast te houden aan de klassieke bezetting — inclusief de onmisbare dr. avalanche — weten ze de gelaagde, mechanische intensiteit van andrew eldritch en consorten perfect te vangen. vooral het feit dat ze nummers als "alice" en "floorshow" brengen, laat zien dat ze diep in de discografie duiken voor de echte liefhebber. daarna mikt zebedeüs, heeft joost nog een introductie nodig, de hele nacht door op jullie dansheupen met de beste new wave en alternative rock.
