Terms and Conditions - Candidate Dark Demons / Bimfest 2026 opener

- The artists must fit the Dark Demons and BIMFEST style & concept, BodyBeats Productions has the right to decline your application at any time without any further explanation.
- Be available on Friday, May 1st to perform at the Dark Demons Night 2026
- Be available on Friday 4th and/or Saturday 5th of December 2026
- Be able to Build-up and build-off the stage set-up within 20 minutes!
- Have a Set list that may not exceed 30 minutes. Playing more than 30min = Disqualification!
- No Hotel /lodging will be provided
- No back-line instruments will be provided.
- No transport or any other costs will be reimbursed by BodyBeats.
- Performing artists & their crew will get no voting bill!
- Living partners can enter the event for free but will get NO BACKSTAGE ACCES and NO VOTING BILL

- Each participating artist MUST order and pay AT LEAST 10 tickets @ € 10 from www.bodybeats.be to sell or distribute amounts their fans. 50% of this income will be returned to the artist after their performance at Dark Demo(n)s 2026. So the more tickets you sell, the more you earn and the more potential votes you’ll get!
- At least 10 tickets should be payed for within 7 days after your appllication is confirmed. Failure to do so may result in the exclusion of this event. How to enlist for Dark Demo(n)s 2026

- Send us an e-mail with subject-line "Dark Demons candidate 2026" asap with the following contend “I, *personal name* have read and agree to the general conditions regarding Dark Demo(n)s 2026 (as stated on www.bodybeats.be), and would like to participate with *Artist name*. - If more then 6 artists subscribe, a public live draw on our BodyBeats facebook page on March 2nd 8PM (subject to change) will decide who’ll be the final candidates. Demons Dark Nights practical:
- PA system, basic lights & video projection are provided by BodyBeats Productions.
- Sound technician & lighting technician are provided by Body Beats Productions.
- Build-up and build-off + line-up must be done within 20 minutes! Longer change-over will lead to shorter stage-time.
- Set length may be no longer than 30 minutes! Exceeding the given stage-time will result in disqualification!
- The running order will be determined by drawing lots one hour before opening doors.
- There will be no individual sound checks! Only a line-check during change-over time will be possible. How will the BIMFEST 2026 openers be selected? - Every paying visitor receives a voting form on which they note their appreciation for EACH of the participating artists. For instance, in case 6 artists are performing, 6 points for their favorite artist, 1 point for theirs least favorite artist. So every artist will also receive points from fans from other bands. Incomplete voting forms will be considered void.
- The artist with the most votes may choose which day (Friday 4th or Saturday 5th of December) they want to open BIMFEST 2026. - The artist with the second votes most will be offered open on the other available day! BIMFEST general conditions/practical for the Dark Demons who are selected to play our 2026 BIMFEST edition - Fee € 100 + catering + drinks
- No guest-list / only living partners - 30 min sound check - Set length 30 min max! - No Hotel will be provided
- No back-line costs (Bring everything!)
- No transport cost will be reimbursed
